Tampa Bay RoofingDone Right

I had a fantastic experience with Jesse and crew at Primmer Roofing! From the very first consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. Jesse walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and provided a clear and fair estimate. They showed up on time and worked very hard. Highly recommend!

Quality work done quickly and done right the first time. Our roof got damaged by Milton this past year and we needed the roof replaced. I found Primmer Roofing and I could not of been any happier! They were quick to get out here to get me a quote and even quicker getting the roof completed. 10/10 will use again! And any other property's they will be my roofers! A+ WORK! The helpers layed out tarps to keep my plants and animals safe from debris and roofing nails. They were very clean, respectful and worked from the time they arrived at the property (sun up) till they was finished and the boss said they was good to go. Absolutely Loved that the owner (Jesse) himself came out to check the work that was done. Professional, Reliable, Quick working and proud of the work they do. 10/10 I'll be using them again.

Jesse and the entire team at Primmer Roofing are amazing. This is my 2nd time using Primmer, once for our office building and this time for a residential home. 1 roof with TPO covering and this latest house with shingles. Jesse, Walter and their team were able to handle both projects in record time and offered great warranties on both projects. The office roof has been in place, without issue, for nearly 10 years and still holding strong. Our recent project got the attention of our neighbors, who commented on how good the roof looked and how hard the team worked to get it done on our tight timeline. I'm sure Primmer will be getting more work in my neighborhood, without my recommendation because they saw the results of a job well done, but I'll still refer and won't use anyone else but Primmer for my roofing needs. Thanks Jesse & team!

I was referred to Primmer roofer by a friend that had a great experience with them, after having a leak into my bedroom. I contacted Jesse and he was friendly and came to check out the problem soon after. He quickly diagnosed the problem and covered the area to avoid further damage. He provided me with a couple of options and a very fair and reasonable quote. Once I was ready to move forward he brought his crew in a matter of a few days and replaced the shingles and underlayment in less than a day. Jesse returned a couple days later and ensured everything was up to par and that I was satisfied. I am very impressed with how professional they were, always quick to respond, and most importantly, they did a great job for a fair price. If you are in search of a roofer, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Jesse came recommended to me from a family member. Jesse and his crew were amazing. Came out within 24 hours to give me a quote, and completed the job in under 3 weeks as promised, when all the other roofers I spoke to said it would be 2 or more months before they could get to my roof. Lowest price and fastest turnaround, it was a no brainer for me. I could not recommend him any more and will definitely use him again!!

We are so happy with our new roof installed by Primmer Roofing! After receiving multiple estimates with varying prices and misinformation regarding the install of a metal roof, Jesse educated us on the installation process and communicated with us during the entire process. His crew was courteous and super efficient. We could not be happier. If you are looking for a roofer, do not hesitate to call Jesse and Primmer Roofing.

During Hurricane Milton, our home lost several shingles on both the house and the detached garage. The Primmer Roofing team came out, assessed the damage, provided us a quote and booked us an appointment in a timely manner (especially at a time when many homes in the Tampa Bay Area had been greatly damaged). They showed up on time and worked diligently to fix our roof. I’m so grateful to the team for making our repairs, especially during such a stressful time. I definitely recommend using them!

More than happy with the final result! After having 4+ quotes for my roof. Primmer roofing matched the best price I received. They came out on a Monday morning and finished by 4 pm since there was going to be rain most of the day. Highly recommended.

I normally don't give five star reviews to anybody but when it came to this roof that Primer Roofing did I can't say enough. I've been in the metal business for over 50 years and the installation and craftsmanship these guys did was awesome. And they also did a shingle roof for a friend of mine and also same thing — did an awesome upstanding job. Great craftsmanship, fast installation and clean up, first class operation. Can't say enough good things.

Primmer roofing did an excellent job on our roof — it looks great! They did a quality job in a timely manner. Everyone was very kind, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of a replacement.

Very pleased with Jesse and his team! Fantastic, high quality work! Our new roof is beautiful!
